Refund Policy
At Center Cam, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price.
Refunds do not include shipping, handling, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or customization charges that may have been assessed at the time of purchase.
30-Day Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received and must include the original packaging, accessories, and included materials. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.
To start a return, please contact us at shipping@thecentercam.com. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
You may also start a return through your customer account by visiting https://account.thecentercam.com and logging in with the email address used to place your order.
Return Shipping
Customers in the United States may be provided with a return shipping label when a return is approved.
Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs unless another return option is provided by Center Cam. International customers are also responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country or carrier.
Limited Warranty
After the 30-day return period, Center Cam provides a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. During this warranty period, defective units may be replaced in accordance with our warranty review process.
The limited warranty does not replace or extend the 30-day refund period.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your package was damaged in transit, please keep the product, packaging, and any shipping materials until the issue has been reviewed. Photos of the damaged package and product may be required.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Center Cam at shipping@thecentercam.com for assistance.
A package is considered delivered when the carrier marks it as delivered in its tracking system. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Center Cam’s ability to assist may be limited. If package insurance was purchased, please follow the instructions provided in your delivery or insurance email, or contact Center Cam for assistance.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items or gift cards.
Open Box Items
Items identified as open box have a 15-day return window.
Discounted and Promotional Items
Discounted or promotional items may be returned unless they are specifically identified as final sale or otherwise non-returnable.
If a customer purchases items through a Buy One, Get One or similar promotional discount and returns only one of the items, the refund will be calculated based on the difference between the discounted multi-item purchase price and the regular purchase price of the item kept by the customer.
For example, if a customer purchases two cameras with a $30 discount and the total purchase price before shipping is $200, and then returns one camera, the refund amount will be calculated as $200 minus the regular single-camera price of $115, resulting in an $85 refund.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If the returned item is missing original packaging, accessories, or other included items, the value of the missing items may be deducted from the refund amount.
If returned items are not received within 30 days from the creation of the return label, the customer may forfeit eligibility for a refund.
