Shipping policy

Partial Shipping is not available.

Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.

All Center Cam product will ship from our Distributors in Washington USA. Camera only orders can be shipped from our China based Distributor. Distribution will depend on location of order and quantities available.

Duties and Taxes

Customers are responsible for the payment of any Duties or Taxes associated with the delivery of the product based on applicable laws of the Customer's country.

US Based Distributor

The Center Cam cameras and accessories will ship within 2 business days of the order.

Shipments made by our Washington based distributor for US customers will utilize USPS. Transit times vary between 4-10 business days. UPS will be used for those outside of the US. Transit times can vary between 4-10 business day.

UPS 2 Day or UPS Overnight is provided for customers who need their unit sooner. Orders will ship the next business day. UPS 2 day and Overnight do not ship to a PO BOX. Please do not select this option at Check Out if shipping to a PO Box.

All shipping times are based on business days.

Asia Based Distributor

The Center Cam cameras and accessories will ship within 2 business days of the order.

Asia based distribution will use the most cost-effective option available. Transit times can vary between 4-15 days.

Center Cam ships Monday thru Friday (Holidays excluded)

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the event of lost or damaged packages in transit, please reach out to Center Cam for resolution. If Package Insurance was purchased, you may also reach out to the Package Insurance provider for resolution as well. Lost packages are defined as being in the possession of the carrier and the carrier not fulfilling the delivery in a timely fashion. Once the carrier has delivered that package and designated it in their system. The carrier is no longer liable for the package.

Stolen Packages

Packages that are delivered by the carrier are those that the carrier has sent a delivery notice. If the item is delivered by the carrier but is not found by the receiving party, then the item is considered stolen. Please ensure that you have checked with neighbors and other people around for the package in question.

If you have purchased Package Insurance, please follow the instructions provided on the delivery email or reach out to Center Cam for help. This is the fastest way for resolution.

If you did not purchased Package Insurance, please reach out to the carrier to see if you could be eligible for reimbursement. Some credit card companies provide Purchase Protection as part of the benefits of the card. 

 Change of Address

In the event that the incorrect address has been given:

1. If the item has not been shipped - Please reach out to shipping@thecentercam.com with the new address as quickly as possible. We will try to process the change.

2. If the item has shipped - Depending on the shipping service selected, there might be an option to change the address in route. But there is not guarantee and there might be an added cost to make the change. Free Shipping does not have the option to change address after the item is already shipped. If the item address cannot be change, please check with the address provided to see if they can ship the item to you. If this is not an option, additional costs to ship another item might be charged.
